U-Matter is a youth mental health chatline which users can access by texting the word "SUPPORT" to the U-Report Jamaica number 876-838-4897 via WhatsApp or SMS, or by sending a message to @ureportjamaica on Instagram or Facebook Messenger. The messages are zero-rated for SMS by the two national telecommunications providers, so SMS messages are free.
