La linea è operativa tutti i giorni, H24, grazie alle nostre volontarie appositamente formate. Durante ogni turno, dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 10:00 alle 13:00 e dalle 16:00 alle 19:00, è presente anche una Psicologa. The line is open 24/7 thanks to our specially trained volunteers. A psychologist is also available during each shift, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
