For those who are deaf or hard of hearing, there is a text service at 086-8238443, operating from 8am to 6:30 pm Mon-Fri, except public holidays. If English is not your first language, we offer a Helpline Interpreting Service, 8am-6:30pm, Mon-Fri, and which also runs from midnight to 8am, Mon-Sun. This provides live interpreting over the phone in more than 240 languages.

Web chat service is available 10am to 5pm Mon-Fri, and 00:00 to 3:00am on Tues & Weds (excluding Bank Holidays).
