Outside of our normal operating hours, please free phone the Samaritans on 116-123, 24/7 and 365 days a year.

Our Online Chat Service is provided by trained and vetted volunteers and is available Monday - Thursday (6.30 pm-10 pm), Friday (4pm-10 pm), Saturdays and Sundays (4pm - 6pm).
