Start with what you know.
Search by country, a mental health topic, or the kind of support you're looking for.
To Steven and the Oratory Prep community in Summit, New Jersey: Mental Health Hotlines exists in part because you chose to make a difference. This is a story about what your generosity made possible.
With heartfelt gratitude from Project Semicolon.
For the past two years, Steven and the Oratory Prep community have turned an annual 5K into something that reaches well beyond the finish line.
Students, families, faculty, and neighbors have come together to support Project Semicolon and its mission to make mental health support more visible and accessible.
That gift helped make Mental Health Hotlines possible: a free resource created to connect people with mental health helplines and support services across the world.
What began with a community choosing to help has become a way for people they may never meet to find a place to turn. It's a reminder that generosity doesn't stop where it begins.
“To Steven and the entire Oratory Prep community: thank you for helping make the distance between needing support and finding it a little shorter.”

Search by country, a mental health topic, or the kind of support you're looking for.
Find services by who they support, how you can connect, and the availability information provided.
Visit the provider's official website or use a listed contact method when you're ready to take that step.
Mental Health Hotlines is a resource directory, not a crisis response service or clinical care provider. Individual services set their own hours and policies. If you're in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
For some people, it's a phone call. For others, a text or online conversation feels easier. Our directory helps you look for the options available to you, without assuming everyone takes the same first step.
Connection methods, eligibility, and hours vary by service.
Help doesn't have to live on a separate website. Schools, nonprofits, and community organizations can add our free, customizable finder to their own sites so people can discover resources in a place they already know and trust.
